Hoobuy QC Photos: Find Your Order Images and Check Them
Looking for “QC Hoobuy” photos? Start by separating public reference pictures from the warehouse photos of your own order. Only the second set can show the item you are about to ship.

Find the right set of photos
Sign in to your Hoobuy account and open the relevant order or warehouse item. Check its current status and any photo or inspection section. Screen labels can change; match the order number, seller, colour, size and quantity before reviewing an image. A paid order is not evidence that the item has reached the warehouse.
If photos are missing, establish whether the seller has dispatched the item, the warehouse has received it, and inspection has finished. Ask support which step is incomplete. Searching public QC sites will not reveal private photos that have not yet been taken.
Use a public QC finder as a reference
A public QC finder usually searches a product link or item identifier. Use the original seller link, not just a generic product name. Compare seller, listing ID, variant and photo date. Similar photographs can belong to another batch or a different size.
No result means the service has no matching reference it can show; it does not prove the product is unsafe or unavailable. A matching result is not a guarantee of authenticity, quality or present stock. This site provides inspection guides, not a private order-photo database.
Inspect your order in a useful sequence
First check identity: size label, colour selection, quantity and included accessories. Next inspect the whole shape, then both sides, seams, edges, print placement and any visible damage. Save the original images so you can distinguish an actual defect from a compressed preview.
For fit, compare a clearly photographed measurement with a garment or item you already own. A size label alone is weak evidence of dimensions. Photographs cannot establish hidden construction, material composition, long-term durability or an exact colour under different lighting.
Request one image that resolves one question
Write down the uncertain point and what evidence would change your decision. For a tilted print, request a flat, straight-on full view. For an uncertain width, specify the two measurement endpoints and ask for both to be visible in one frame.
Check any extra-photo charge and current request procedure in your account before confirming. Avoid repeated requests for the same angle. If the item is clearly the wrong variant, preserve the order record and ask about the available remedy instead of collecting unnecessary photographs.
Record the decision before parcel submission
Keep the seller link, order identifier, selected variant, photo date, concern and final action together. Mark the item as ready, awaiting evidence, or awaiting a remedy; do not treat an unanswered question as approval.
Review any applicable return deadline while the item is still at the warehouse. Then use the shipping checklist to check packed weight, dimensions and route restrictions. A satisfactory photograph does not guarantee that every shipping route accepts the item.
