Hoobuy Shipping Checklist: QC, Packing and Parcel Review
Finish the item-level checks before making a parcel-level decision. A low shipping estimate is not a reason to include an unresolved wrong size, missing part or damaged item.

Give every item a clear status
Check the order, selected variant, quantity and warehouse photographs. Separate ready items from those awaiting a measurement, a support response or a remedy. Review any applicable return deadline while the item remains at the warehouse.
A shared parcel needs an owner for each unresolved decision. Keep one record of what is approved so a pending exchange or duplicate order is not accidentally included. Do not assume a checked size label confirms fit.
Confirm the contents and protection
List the exact items and accessories to retain. Specify whether retail boxes, dust bags or spare parts should remain. Fragile goods need appropriate protection; removing a box is not automatically a sensible saving.
Review the packed dimensions and weight after your packaging choices are applied. Compare any available packing record with your instructions. If a measurement is still an estimate, keep it labelled as such rather than presenting it as a final parcel figure.
Check route eligibility before price
Use the destination and actual contents to review the route's current restrictions, weight and dimension limits, tracking coverage and stated delivery estimate. Check special characteristics such as batteries or liquids against the applicable conditions.
Only compare quotes with the same destination, contents and packing assumptions. Use the shipping-cost guide to understand dimensional weight and separate optional services from postage. Neither this checklist nor a previous quote guarantees current route availability.
Read the final parcel summary
Compare the parcel's item list, recipient details, selected service and total with your saved plan. Follow the current declaration instructions and destination requirements. Confirm which charges are included and which remain outside the quote.
If the account shows an adjustment, compare it with the final weight, dimensions or selected services. Ask for clarification before confirming an unexplained change. Keep private addresses and payment details out of public screenshots.
Keep a record for tracking and follow-up
Save the parcel identifier, submission date, selected route, packed measurements and payment record. Distinguish seller-to-warehouse tracking from the international parcel number and any subsequent local-carrier number.
Check updates through the relevant account or carrier information. A period without a new scan does not by itself establish loss or a guaranteed delivery date. When asking for help, provide the parcel identifier and a short timeline through the appropriate private channel.
