What a useful W2C record should contain
W2C means “where to cop,” but a useful route record should preserve more than a product URL. Save the listing title, seller or shop identifier, selected colour and size, quantity, order ID and the date the route was last checked. This prevents a later product-page change from erasing what you intended to buy.
Keep the ordered record beside the warehouse photos. Confirm identity and quantity before reviewing visible finish. For shoes, compare the pair, overall shape, soles and size labels. For clothing, review the silhouette, seams, print placement and visible labels. For bags and accessories, check count, dimensions where shown, zippers, fasteners and hardware placement.
Do not treat a warehouse photograph as proof of authenticity, hidden construction, material composition, fit or future durability. Record what is visible, mark unclear areas as evidence gaps and request another view only when the answer would change your parcel decision.
Shipping totals, photo services, exchange rates and coupon eligibility can change. Store the amount and option shown in the live account at the time of the decision instead of copying an old fixed number into the tracker.
